fa راهکارهای توسعۀ اکوتوریسم منطقه‌ای با استفاده از چهارچوب SOAR (مطالعۀ موردی: استان یزد) <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:iransans;">&nbsp;امروزه صنعت گردشگری به‌عنوان عاملی مهم و تأثیرگذار در اقتصاد جهانی پذیرفته‌شده و کشورهای مختلف دنیا برای رسیدن به توسعۀ پایدار اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و غیره از این صنعت بهره می‌گیرند. در این صنعت، جاذبه‌ها و جلوه‌های طبیعی ارزش دوچندانی دارد و یکی از مهم‌ترین اشکال آن &laquo;اکوتوریسم&raquo; یا گردشگری طبیعی است. نه‌تنها سازمان‌های دولتی، بلکه سازمان خصوصی نیز فقط برداشتی سطحی از فعالیت‌های اکوتوریستی دارند و هنوز آثار اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی ناشی از توسعۀ اکوتوریسم در ایران به‌علت در آغاز راه‌ بودن شناسایی نشده است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و معرفی جاذبه‌های اکوتوریستی، به تصویر روشنی از وضعیت اکوتوریستی استان یزد ارائه می‌دهد، تأثیر این توانمندی‌های طبیعی را بر توسعۀ گردشگری بررسی می‌کند و در انتها راهکارهایی اجرایی برای توسعۀ اکوتوریسم در استان یزد طرح می‌کند. پژوهش انجام‌شده توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها و تحلیل اطلاعات لازم به‌صورت اسنادی، پیمایشی و میدانی فراهم شده است. برای تدوین استراتژی توسعه و تشریح نقاط قوت، فرصت‌ها، آرمان‌ها و نتایج قابل‌اندازه‌گیری از تکنیک تحلیلی SOAR استفاده شده است. براساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، با توجه به نقاط قوت شناسایی‌شده از قبیل وجود زمینه‌های مشارکت مردم در بخش فعالیت‌های گردشگری و قرارگیری استان یزد در ایران مرکزی و غیره، فرصت‌هایی از قبیل افزایش اشتغال و توسعۀ استان فراهم شده است که درنهایت با توجه به این نقاط قوت و فرصت، آرمان‌هایی از قبیل دست‌یافتن به محیط‌زیست پایدار، رسیدن به بالاترین سطح رفاه و آسایش در استان، رسیدن به اشتغال کامل و غیره در نظر گرفته شده است و انتظار می‌رود به نتایجی از قبیل افزایش دوبرابری بودجه، ایجاد کمپ و هتل تفریحی در منطقۀ شیرکوه و احداث باغ ـ رستوران‌های سنتی در مناطق ییلاقی مثل ده بالا و سانیج منجر شود.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Today, the tourism industry has been recognized as an important and influential factor in the global economy, and the various countries of the world are taking advantage of this industry to achieve sustainable economic, social, cultural development, and so on. In this industry, natural attractions have a dual value; one of the most important forms is ecotourism or natural tourism. Not only governmental organizations, but private organizations also have only a superficial understanding of ecotourism activities; as it is still at the beginning point, the economic, social and cultural effects of ecotourism&rsquo;s development in Iran have not yet been identified. With the aim of identifying and introducing ecotourism attractions, this research presents a clear picture of the ecotourism conditions of Yazd province and the effects of these natural capacities on tourism development. Finally, there are some practical solutions for the development of ecotourism in Yazd province. This is a descriptive-analytical research and data was collected using documentary, surveying and field studies methods. The SOAR analytical technique has been used to elaborate a development strategy and to describe the strengths, opportunities, aspirations and measurable results.
