fa تحلیلی بر تأثیر بحران ویروس کووید 19 بر صنعت گردشگری با تکیه بر معاهده سندای <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;">امروزه انسان با مخاطراتی روبه‌روست که از نظر ماهیتی با مخاطرات نسل‌های پیشین متفاوت است. به نظر می‌رسد این مخاطرات به‌مراتب عظیم‌تر و مهلک‌تر از تهدیدات ناشی از مخاطرات طبیعی است و نمی‌توان آنها را کنترل کرد. برخی مخاطرات به بحرانی جهانی تبدیل شده‌ و تأثیر گسترده‌ای بر گردشگری داشته‌اند. بحران کرونا ویروس (کووید ۱۹) یکی از مؤثرترین بحران‌های جهانی است که بر گردشگری تأثیر عمیق داشته و بسیاری از فعالیت‌های گردشگری را فلج کرده است؛ به‌طوری‌که به نظر می‌رسد بازگشت به قبل از این بحران به زمان بیشتری نیاز دارد. هدف از این مقاله، بررسی و شناخت تأثیر ویروس کووید ۱۹ بر صنعت گردشگری بوده که با استفاده از روش توصیفی و جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده است. در این تحقیق، در چارچوب معاهده <span dir="LTR">Sendai</span>، موضوع کنکاش شده است. در این معاهده، سلامت عنصر اصلی چارچوب <span dir="LTR">Sendai</span> برای کاهش خطر بحران در چشم‌انداز ۲۰۳۰-۲۰۱۵ است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد، بحران انسانی کووید ۱۹ مهم‌ترین و ویرانگرترین چالش جهانی بعد از جنگ جهانی دوم است. هنوز راه پیشگیری و درمان این ویروس تولید نشده است؛ از این‌رو بسیار مهم است که ما همچنان باید به اشتراک‌گذاری، یادگیری و نوآوری بپردازیم تا بتوانیم نظارت، پیشگیری و درمان را بهبود بخشیم<span dir="LTR">.</span> اهمیت رفتارهای مسئولانه و همکاری‌های بین‌المللی برای کاهش تأثیرات ویروس می‌تواند راه جدیدی در تصمیم‌گیری‌های جهانی باشد. صنعت گردشگری نمی‌تواند بدون این دیدگاه موفقیتی چندانی به دست آورد. از سوی دیگر، جلب اعتماد مشتریان بنگاه‌های گردشگری نیازمند آموزش روش‌های جدید پذیرایی و مسئولیت‌پذیری در ابعاد و سطوح مختلف در یک پروتکل بین‌المللی است.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:14px;">Today, threats facing humanity are fundamentally different from those in previous years. The risks associated with these brand-new hazards cannot be kept under control and look to be far more serious and deadly than the risks posed by age-old or natural hazards. Some of them have become a global crisis and had a far-reaching impact on tourism. The coronavirus crisis (COVID 19) is one of the most effective global crises that has profoundly affected tourism and paralyzed many tourism activities. Getting back to normal and the time before this crisis seems to take a long time. The purpose of this article is to investigate and identify the impact of the COVID 19 virus on tourism industry, which has been done using a descriptive method and data collection. In this review, the issue has been explored within the framework of the Sendai Treaty. In this treaty, health is a key element of the Sendai framework for reducing the risk of crisis in the 2030-2015 perspective. This study shows that the humanitarian crisis of COVID 19 is the most serious and devastating global challenge after World War II. Prevention and treatment of this virus have not yet been developed. It is therefore very important that we continue to share, learn, and innovate so that we can improve monitoring, prevention, and treatment. The importance of responsible behavior and international cooperation to reduce the effects of the virus is a new approach in global decision-making. The tourism industry cannot achieve much success without this vision.
